Meet the Pastors
These are the Pastors of the Mission. Please be much in prayer as these are on the front lines doing the work of the Lord.
.jpg) Victor JohnseyThe Founder/Senior Pastor of the Main Street Mission. Victor is the son of Harold Johnsey, also a pastor for many years. Victor was called by God to preach at the age of 20, but ran from the calling for many years. After the death of his father, and the answering of the call into the ministry by his son (Allen), Victor surrendered to the call to preach. It was shortly thereafter that God led him to start the Main Street Mission becoming the founding Pastor of the church. In Nov. '06 Victor became the Senior Pastor of the Main Street Mission. Victor was licensed and ordained by Freedom Tabernacle Baptist Church in Atkins, VA. He has pursued his education via correspondence courses, including completion of the Liberty Home Bible Institute Program, earning a Graduate of Biblical Studies Diploma from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. Apart from these courses Victor continuously studies the Word of God to be ready always to lead his flock. As Senior Pastor, Victor oversees all of the ongoing ministries of the Main Street Mission. He lives with his wife, Bunny in Marion. |

 Allen JohnseyThe Pastor of the Main Street Mission. Allen is the son of Victor and a third generation preacher/pastor. He was called to preach at the age of 14. When the Mission was founded, Allen was called as the Youth Pastor, but was later given the title of Associate Pastor and then in Nov. of '06 named the Pastor of the Mission with Victor becoming the Senior Pastor. He was licensed to preach and ordained into the ministry by Freedom Tabernacle Baptist Church in Atkins, VA. In January of 2008, Allen was awarded a Bachelor's of Science degree in religion via the Distance Learning Program at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. As Pastor, Allen is very involved in all areas of ministry at the Mission. He preaches on thursday nights and at times that the Senior Pastor calls on him, leads worship for all services and serves wherever and whenever the Lord leads. Allen lives with his wife, CC; his son, Caedmon; and daughter Mia in Marion. |
